This Pool Cage Needed Help!
Green algae and mold everywhere! Not a pleasant sight to see. It´s part of the normal "life cycle" of an average pool cage in Florida. The algae happily grows on the aluminum frame and only lays dormant during the winter months. Come spring and they continue to spread and grow.

Get up on a ladder on the other side and pull the debris towards you. Safety advice: Don't walk on the screen-enclosure as it is not designed to support your weight! |
To sum it up: Regular cleaning is needed every couple of month because once your enclosure has accumulated a certain amount of pine needles, they trap other pine needles and debris which would normally be blown off by the wind. More and more needles get stuck in the screen and this can weigh down and damage your screen.
