Green algae and mold everywhere! Not a pleasant sight to see. It´s part of the normal "life cycle" of an average pool cage in Florida. The algae happily grows on the aluminum frame and only lays dormant during the winter months. Come spring and they continue to spread and grow. If you want to clean this up yourself, you can check out the help-videos and articles on our website. If you don´t want to get on a ladder and clean this up yourself, you can call us for help, like the homeowner of this house in Trinity, Fl. You can see our work in progress here: At this point of the process, the aluminum frame and screen is clean. Now the disc rotater is being employed to get the patio around the pool mold-, dirt- and algae-free.
More photos ... What to expect when you call us? With every invoice we send to our customers, we also ask them to judge our work. Every feedback is appreciated but I have to say: We only get good reviews and are proud of it. Like this very recent one from Ed: Short and sweet, but says it all. Thanks, Ed! Or from Janice. That was last week and made us happy: Thank you, Janice! And another one from one of our German customers here in the Tampa Bay area. It´s always a pleasure, Wiebke! :-) We would like to encourage you to rate our work next time you receive an invoice and are looking forward to more of those happy words coming our way! ;-)
Kind regards, Mauricio Munoz Office: (813) 991-7243 Like the little baby in the tub, we are now mostly using gentle measures to clean roofs and sidings. We used to pressure wash every surface and while pressure washing still has it´s place on certain surfaces, this has changed. This new cleaning method conquered the market and we, too, learned. Customers have always been concerned that high pressure might damage their roof shingles or let water seep under their siding. And even though we never had that problem, the new soft washing method has eliminated that concern for good. What do we mean by "Soft Washing": Soft washing is a gentle, non-abrasive but highly effective method to clean delicate surfaces without high pressure. A combination of the right detergents and low pressure creates a 100% kill ratio of Mildew, Mold and Algae, leaving the surface sparkling clean and unharmed. How is it applied? We use state-of-the-art equipment to clean your home or business. The cleaning solution is being sprayed on the roof or siding and given a little time to break down and kill the black algae, lichen, mold and mildew. We take great care of all the plants and landscaping around your house by thoroughly wetting them down or covering plants with plastic sheets if necessary. After the detergent has done it´s work, we rinse the surface thoroughly with fresh water at a low pressure. Done! Here is a nice example of our customers Rita and Ronald in Oldsmar, where we recently soft washed the roof: The above photo was taken BEFORE we soft washed this roof ... ... and this was taken AFTERWARDS - nice difference, huh?
