 Your regular cleaning chores have probably multiplied due to all the alarming news you hear about the Coronavirus. In case you did not read my last blog article, here are some sensible comments on minimizing any contamination. Let's forget the hysteria for a moment and focus on practical solutions. If you keep personal hygiene in as you do and take sensible precautions to not e.g. use other peoples cutlery, cups and personal items there is little chance to get sick. And did you know that doctors recommend taking high dosages of good old vitamin C to practically kill any virus? It's true. Disinfectant wipes and sprays won't do the job on your larger outdoor surfaces If you stay home and still want to enjoy your patio, pool, garden furniture or playground equipment it is advisable to disinfect these thoroughly, too. Now is a good time to do so. (But not with disinfectant wipes and a spray bottle. I also never tested to spray a vitamin C solution on a surface for that matter! Ha-ha.) We clean outdoor areas regularly and thoroughly using a pressure washer and an effective bleach-and-water solution (as mentioned in my previous blog article).
