Why Pressure washing Costco´s Company Signage?

I got a call from the Costco store here in Clearwater to do some work for them for the first time. To be recognized by a bigger company, you have to prove yourself over time and I suppose that´s what we did over the past 4 years. We caught their eye and here we were, with a special job at hand. 

​It was a "Bird-call" and had to do with birds like the one on the left. Now, you can think what you like about pigeons, but when it comes to roofs, sidings and in this case - the business signs of Costco´s commercial building - the pigeons with their continous nesting efforts are a real pest.

Wherever they see a chance to build a nest, they will and with that comes the crap and subsequently the deterioration of surfaces from the corrosive nature of the animals feces. But not to worry: We cleaned it all up for them and Costco has it now all under control again.:-)
