Softwashing Roofs at Rocky Point in Tampa, Fl

In February this year we worked on a slightly bigger project than our usual residential roof softwashing jobs. This was a community close to the Courtney-Campbell-Causeway in Tampa, with 3-storey apartment buildings and a lot of roof square footage to clean. 

​When we arrived, this was the view on the roofs from the top:

Due to the large area that needed cleaning and the height of the buildings, we had to use a lift. Whenever we have bigger jobs like this - we clean colleges and other commercial businesses on a regular basis - I bring the whole crew to get the job done in the shortest of time. Supervising and staying in touch with the community manager and my crew is my task and helps avoid problems or questions during the job.

Within the week, we transformed those roofs into something much nicer looking ;-)
