When we are out and about, visiting customers or standing on the roof pressure washing, we cannot always pick up the phone and therefore calls will go to voice mail. Most people don’t like it when they call a tradesman and are greeted by an answer-machine, not knowing when and if they will be called back.

We understand completely and wanted to do something about it that is new and different.
 
We decided to employ a service with a 24/7 live-support fully backed up by state-of-the-art technology so whenever someone calls our new number (Toll-Free 1-888-224-1993), a professional receptionist will take the call, get all the details and makes sure, that we will get notified immediately by phone, text and email, so nothing is missed. Our receptionists are highly trained, very friendly, fast and efficient and help any caller to get what they called for.
 
Normally, when I am not actively pressure washing, I can take any call myself and only the  overflow will go directly to our receptionist. Any messages that I missed, will be picked up by her and transferred to me immediately so I can call the person back.
