Currently we are looking for a part-time Office Manager to help me spend more time with my customers and crews to increase sales and customer service.

Some of the tasks you would be doing are: Keeping track of our job-schedules, calling customers ahead of time when a crew is running late, make sure that no customer is lost by returning all the calls into the office, be a stable terminal for me and the crews at the office while we are out and about, relay any problem the crews might have to me so I can handle it immediately, write invoices and enter new customers in our computer software, general admin like filing, printing invoices etc. Call or email me and we will talk about all of these points. It´s understood that you will not be expected to know everything from the start. We provide training on the job during the 1-month employment probation period. This position is available a.s.a.p.
