Enhancing Jim´s Beach House Pavers

​Paver enhancement with new Nano Sealer
 
Last week I showed you images of a treated entrance in Belleair, supposedly belonging to Jim. Well, that was my mistake - the property belonged to Dan! Oups!
 
Sorry for the mix-up, Dan!
 
So this week, we are making up for it and actually show you Jim´s Beach House in Clearwater.

We pressure washed all the pavers, covering an extensive area at the side and behind the house. Here you see me doing the cleaning with a pressure washer gun myself.
 
After the pressure washing was done, we applied a nano-tech sealer, which also enhances the appearance of the stones and is guaranteed to repel water from penetrating 4 x longer than other nano-sealers on the market.

On one side of the house we took a picture during the process of applying the nano-tech-sealer to show you the difference of how it looks with and without the nano-tech-product. Here you can see it:

Quite a difference, huh?

The stones are now not only repelling water but also fighting mold and mildew naturally. None of it can gain a "foothold" after treatment.
 
At the risk of repeating myself, I would still like to say the following:
 
Pressure washing in combination with nanotech-sealers can:
 

• Shield any surface from water penetration 4 x longer than other products
• Discourages the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew and algae
• Not change its looks or natural beauty but improve it
• Not alter the breathability of the surface
• Protect it from deterioration by the elements

What does this mean for you?
Simple! You don’t have to pressure wash or seal it again for a very long time and thus save time and money on professional cleaning!
 
That´s pretty good news for you, isn't it?
 
But wait, isn't this bad news for me?
To be honest, my competition doesn't approve of this new technology. I have been told "Are you crazy? Why would you do that when you will not be able to service the same customer for several years!?"
 
I am genuinely convinced that just caring for my own benefit is very short-sighted. If I was in the customer's shoes, I would want to know about a product like that. And a good product combined with an excellent service will always create word-of-mouth, so I am not worried at all :-)
